Yas Riva Residences is Aldar’s flagship project of 2025, comprising a total of 950 units, ranging from studios to 3-bedroom apartments.

The development consists of six buildings, each 8–11 storeys high, named Ancor, Baia, Clara, Fonte, Ventus, and Onda. All buildings are situated along the canal and are adjacent to the island’s waterfront promenade and attractions. The architectural concept is based on clean geometric forms and modernist style, inspired by the aesthetics of the Barcelona Expo Pavilion. Aldar emphasises light, water, strong horizontal lines, restrained colour palettes, and natural materials throughout the design.

The 7th Disney park is scheduled to open in 2030, and a second Sphere venue has been confirmed in Abu Dhabi, expected to attract nearly 20 million visitors annually.
