4.Submit your offer and engage in detailed communication

3.Analyse property details and organise viewings for you
We Will first have an initial discussion with the letting agent or landlord to ensure your situation is acceptable before arranging an in-person viewing.

We can also arrange for someone to film the property for you, though you’re welcome to attend in person if you prefer. During filming, we pay attention not only to the property’s condition but also to any smells or hygiene issues inside the unit (such as damp or other unpleasant odours).

5.Assist with reference checks and other procedures once your offer is accepted

6.Assist with the tenancy agreement and other applications
1.Review the tenancy agreement carefully, and provide a Chinese translation if needed
​2.Assist with setting up utilities such as water, electricity, gas, and Council Tax

you’ve successfully secured your ideal property!

Arrangements for collecting the keys will be made according to the requirements of the landlord or agent.
